Spots can be occasional or constant, surface-level or deep and painful. The pattern matters more than the number. Tell us where breakouts appear, how long they last and what you already use, so the conversation starts in the right place.
Understanding breakouts.
Oil and blocked follicles
Hormonal changes
Products and friction
Stress and routine
A closer look.
Inflamed is different from congested
What breakouts leave behind
Treatments to discuss.
A facial to discuss when congestion and surface care are the priority. Mention any inflamed or painful spots first.
Explore this option if your skin also feels dry or tight, and ask how the steps suit skin that is currently breaking out.
Realistic expectations.
A facial is not acne treatment
Flare-ups can still happen
Marks take their own time
You don’t have to choose a treatment on your own.
Can a facial clear my acne?
No. A Detox Facial can support cleansing and surface care, and a Hydro Facial is worth asking about if your skin also feels tight. Ongoing or inflammatory acne is treated medically. Tell us what you already use so the conversation stays realistic.
Should I book while I am breaking out?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on whether skin is inflamed, broken or currently reacting. Describe what is happening now and we will tell you whether to wait.
Are extractions a good idea for me?
Not always. Extraction suits some congestion and not inflamed spots. It is usually discussed as part of a Detox Facial, so ask whether it is included and whether it is appropriate for what you have.
I am on acne medication. Does that matter?
Yes, a great deal. Some medications leave skin more fragile and change which steps are safe. Always mention them before booking.
