This policy explains what information Mirror Esthetics collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the in-person services at our studio.

Information we collect
Information you give us. The only place this website asks for your information is the contact form on the Contact page. It collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), the treatment you are interested in (optional), and your message. If you reach the form from a treatment or skin-concern page, the form also records which page you came from and the concern or treatment shown there, so we understand the context of your question.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not itself set cookies for ordinary visitors. Two embedded services load content from their own servers when you view the relevant part of a page: the map on the Contact page and the customer reviews on the homepage (see “Service providers and third parties” below).
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and talk with you about treatments, a skin consultation, or an appointment.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To operate, protect, and improve this website.
Sending the contact form is an enquiry, not a booking, and it does not sign you up for marketing emails. We will not use your details for promotional messages unless you ask us to.
How enquiries are handled
When you send the contact form, the website emails your message to the studio’s mailbox. Form entries are not stored in a database on this website; they exist as emails in the studio mailbox and in our replies to you. Only the people who run Mirror Esthetics, and the website administrators who maintain the site for us, can access them.
Service providers and third parties
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:
- Website hosting (Hostinger), which stores the website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Email: the studio mailbox is a Google Gmail account, so enquiry emails are stored with Google.
- Map: the map on the Contact page is drawn with OpenStreetMap tiles. When the map loads, your browser requests those tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s servers, which receive your IP address. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
- Customer reviews (Trustindex): the Google reviews shown on our homepage are delivered by Trustindex. When that part of the page comes into view, your browser loads the review widget and its content from Trustindex’s servers (cdn.trustindex.io), which receive your IP address and browser information in the process. In our checks the widget did not set cookies or store data in your browser; the “Write a review” button leads to Google. See the Trustindex privacy policy.
- Links to other services: the site links to Google Maps for directions and to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they collect.
Appointments are currently arranged by phone or through the contact form. If we add an online booking service in the future, we will update this policy to name the provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our communication, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time (see below).
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and access to the website administration and the studio mailbox is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive health details in the contact form; we can discuss those with you in person or by phone.
Your choices and requests
You can use this website without giving us any personal information. If you have sent us an enquiry, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated policy applies.
